Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor and women’s health conditions using evidence-based techniques
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy using modalities such as Estim and therapeutic ultrasound
• Provide patient education on bowel/bladder control, post-partum recovery, sexual function, and injury prevention
• Document thoroughly and accurately in electronic systems (EPIC/Expro) to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer to specialists as needed
• Maintain competence with device-specific training provided and apply safely in clinical care
• Adhere to facility policies, dress code, and all medical/occupational health compliance timelines
• Support outpatient and inpatient therapy needs across adult and other age groups as appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years current Physical Therapy experience (No New Grads)
• Demonstrated pelvic floor / women’s health experience — this is non-negotiable
• Active New Hampshire license must be in hand at profile upload (Compact allowed)
• Active American Heart Association BLS (AHA) required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Expro experience strongly preferred; EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Must include permanent address in profile and note any requested time off at submission
• Must have own vehicle (small community without public transport); local travelers within 50 miles will not be considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Specialized knowledge in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health conditions
• Skilled in PT modalities including Estim and therapeutic ultrasound
• Comfortable learning and applying device-specific training
• Proficient documentation skills in EPIC and/or Expro
• Strong patient education, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to treat across a range of ages, with primary focus on adult patients
