Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Take and accurately record vital signs and routine observations
• Document care and changes in condition clearly and promptly
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention efforts
• Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and family members to coordinate care
• Follow infection control policies and facility protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) credential (LNA) — NH licensure preferred or ability to obtain prior to start
• Available for the 14-week assignment beginning January 12, 2026 through April 13, 2026
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and covering every-other-weekend as required
• Reliable, professional, and able to complete facility onboarding requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
• Clear documentation and basic charting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff
• Time management in a busy clinical environment
• Basic infection prevention and control practices
