Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy using evidence-based approaches adapted to each student
- Monitor, document, and report student progress clearly and on schedule
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Support transitions and work with classroom staff to generalize skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Washington State SLP license (required) or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience working with school-age children and caseload management experience valued
- Comfortable with IEP process, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to complete background check and any district-required onboarding/training
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in standardized and curriculum-based speech and language assessments
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques for articulation, language, fluency, and voice
- Familiarity with AAC devices and strategies to support alternative communication
- Strong IEP writing, progress monitoring, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with families and staff
- Ability to adapt therapy to diverse learners and classroom settings
