Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating schedule (days vary, may include weekends), 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Night shift). Possible rotation to other shifts and potential on-call ~12 hours/month.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging (diagnostic, invasive, trauma and stroke protocols) with precision and care
- Operate and troubleshoot GE and other CT systems (GE Optima, GE Revolution, GE EVO) to deliver excellent patient studies
- Collaborate with ED, radiologists and clinical teams for rapid, life-saving imaging in trauma and stroke scenarios
- Administer contrast and assist with Medrad injectors following safety protocols and established procedures
- Provide compassionate patient care, including pediatric and cardiac imaging support, while maintaining radiation safety
- Document exams accurately in Cerner/RadNet and communicate critical findings promptly to the care team
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience (including diagnostic and invasive CT experience preferred)
- Proven experience with ED trauma and stroke imaging
- Comfortable performing venipuncture and working with Medrad injectors
- GE CT experience preferred (GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution)
- Strong team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of CT protocols for neuro, MSK, body, cardiac and pediatric imaging
- Familiarity with Cerner/RadNet PACS and radiology workflows
- Ability to prioritize emergent studies and communicate effectively with radiologists and ED staff
- Solid understanding of radiation safety and contrast administration procedures
- Skilled at patient positioning and care for a diverse patient population
