Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility with dignity and respect
- Take and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition
- Communicate changes and concerns promptly to the nursing team
- Document care accurately and timely in resident charts
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
- Support residents’ social and emotional needs through friendly interaction and engagement
Qualifications
- GNA certification (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care is a plus
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to pass background check, TB screening, and any required health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and ADL assistance
- Basic vital sign measurement and reporting
- Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
- Accurate documentation and charting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong observational skills and attention to resident safety
