Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Support residents with mobility, transfers and safe positioning
- Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and resident observations
- Assist with meal service and ensure dietary needs are met respectfully
- Promote a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Active placement on the New Mexico CNA registry (or eligible to register)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working overnight shifts in a long-term care setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care principles and activities of daily living
- Basic infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to perform safe resident transfers and use of assistive devices
- Accurate charting and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans and directions
