Shift Type: Schedule varies (facility-determined), 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Day/Evening shift
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in an assisted living setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to the care team
- Document care and observations clearly in the resident record
- Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership to ensure continuity of care
- Educate residents and families on care plans, medications and safety
- Support daily living activities and promote dignity and independence
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in West Virginia or eligibility for state licensure
- CPR/BLS certification (current) required
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care or senior care preferred
- Clean background check and ability to pass a drug screen
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN diploma or certificate)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and accurate MAR documentation
- Basic wound care and post-op or chronic care familiarity
- Resident assessment and early recognition of clinical changes
- Comfortable with electronic medical records and charting
- Time management and prioritization in a busy care environment
- Empathy, patience and strong interpersonal skills
