Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and design an effective talent acquisition process for exempt and non-exempt staff
• Implement recruiting strategies that attract top clinical and administrative talent
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing with professionalism
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and make informed hiring decisions
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and HR policies throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Manage offer logistics and onboarding coordination to ensure smooth starts
• Resolve candidate and hiring manager concerns promptly and constructively
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously refine the process for better outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related field, or 3+ years equivalent HR experience
• Minimum 3 years in a Human Resources role with substantial interviewing and decision-making experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional interpersonal presence
• Excellent organizational skills, basic math aptitude, and solid computer skills
• Candidate must have own vehicle and be local or willing to travel locally
• Permanent address must be included on profile; any requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Human Resources, Administration, Business or related)
• Or 3+ years equivalent experience in Human Resources or employment services

• Talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment expertise
• Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
• Understanding and application of HR policies and employment regulations
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset

• Proficiency with common computer applications used for recruiting
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
