Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (day)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the center to ensure excellent resident care and smooth workflows
- Supervise, coach and support staff to create a positive, accountable team environment
- Oversee compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations and facility policies
- Coordinate admissions, care planning and resident relations with a focus on dignity and quality
- Manage scheduling, staffing needs and resource allocation to maintain safe operations
- Partner with clinical leaders to monitor quality metrics and implement improvement plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, vendors and community partners
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living
- Familiarity with state long-term care regulations and survey processes
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills for staff and family interactions
- Comfort with staffing logistics, budgeting basics and operational oversight
- Administrator license or certification as required by state regulations (preferred or required depending on state)
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business or a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of long-term care operations, resident rights and care planning
- Skilled at staff leadership, performance coaching and team development
- Proficient with electronic health records and common facility management systems
- Able to analyze quality data and drive actionable improvement initiatives
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Customer-focused approach to resident and family satisfaction
