Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a nursing and rehab setting
• Complete required Trinity competency testing and document results accurately
• Maintain current BLS certification and ensure license/certificate verification is up to date
• Follow facility policies for infection control, safety, and resident confidentiality
• Participate in team-based care planning and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary staff
• Complete required pre-placement checks such as fit test, 10-panel drug screen, and color vision screening

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required)
• License or certificate verification completed as required by the facility
• Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Ability to pass Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, and Trinity Color Vision screening
• Comfort working in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment
• Flexible availability for per diem/contract shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills relevant to nursing and rehab care
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
• Accurate documentation and attention to regulatory compliance
• Comfort with competency testing processes and pre-employment screening
