Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional clinical support in line with facility and Trinity competency standards
- Complete required Trinity specialty competency testing and annual competency assessments
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies for patient care
- Participate in required safety procedures, including fit testing and infection control practices
- Ensure all licensure, certifications, and health requirements are current and submitted for verification
- Collaborate respectfully with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Active license or certification as required by role — candidate must complete License/Certificate Verification
- Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing, Trinity Annual Competency, and Trinity Skills Checklist
- Passing Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and required Fit Test
- Up-to-date immunizations and health documentation: COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, and 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot)
- Completed physical/health statement and Trinity-specific COVID questionnaire
Education
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant clinical training or credential preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong adherence to infection prevention and control practices
- Comfort with competency-based assessment and following standardized clinical checklists
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with facility staff
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and credential management
- Adaptability to different shift patterns and per diem assignment locations
