Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and Trinity competencies
• Complete required Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and annual competency assessments
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
• Follow infection control practices and ensure patient safety at all times
• Participate in skills checklists and ongoing professional development
• Ensure all required health screenings, immunizations, and fit testing are current

Qualifications

• Valid, appropriate clinical license or certification as required for the assigned role (license verification required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Ability to successfully complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing, Trinity Annual Competency, and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Must pass background checks, Trinity 10 panel drug screen, and fit test
• Up-to-date immunizations and health requirements: COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, and a current physical/health statement
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of patient safety and infection prevention
• Competence with clinical skills relevant to assigned unit and scope of practice
• Proficient documentation and electronic charting habits
• Ability to follow facility policies and Trinity-specific protocols
• Effective teamwork, patient communication, and time management
