Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with compassion and diligence, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the nursing team to ensure timely interventions
• Assist with safe ambulation, transfers and positioning, promoting comfort and mobility
• Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff
• Document care accurately and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for the applicable state (NH and/or VT as required)
• Valid state ID and ability to work in the U.S.; ability to credential for travel assignments
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift and adapting to facility-specific schedules
• Professional bedside manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to patient safety and dignity

Education

• Completion of an approved LNA/Licensed Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Foundational nursing care skills and familiarity with ADLs and patient hygiene
• Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
• Clear, concise documentation and handoff communication
• Ability to follow care plans and implement delegated tasks safely
• Team-oriented approach and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
