Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs using evidence-based tools
- Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients reach meaningful goals
- Deliver skilled therapy sessions and adapt approaches to each patient’s strengths
- Collaborate with PT/OT, nursing, educators, families and caregivers to create coordinated care plans
- Document progress thoroughly and maintain compliant, timely records
- Educate patients and families, empowering them with strategies to carry over gains at home
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive, outcomes-focused culture
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current Massachusetts SLP license or ability to obtain state licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Comfortable working across site locations (split position between North Adams and Williamstown)
- Strong clinical reasoning and excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage a full caseload in a fast-paced rehab/contract setting
Education
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required); ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in evaluation and treatment planning for speech, language, cognition and swallowing
- Experience with AAC, augmentative strategies and family-centered care
- Proficiency with documentation and electronic medical records
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for interdisciplinary teamwork
- Time management and caseload prioritization to ensure high-quality therapy
