Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients thoroughly and craft personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
- Provide skilled speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing therapy
- Collaborate closely with nurses, PT/OT and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
- Document progress clearly and promptly in the patient record to support outcomes
- Educate patients and families with compassion so they feel empowered and informed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute clinical insights that improve care pathways
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligible for licensure
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or working toward certification
- Experience in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, or post-acute settings preferred
- Current BLS/CPR and up-to-date immunizations/health screening as required by facility
- Ability to pass required background checks and credentialing
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent graduate degree)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in adult dysphagia assessment and management
- Experience with cognitive-communication and language disorders
- Strong assessment, treatment planning and outcome measurement skills
- Comfortable with interdisciplinary teamwork and care coordination
- Proficient documentation skills and familiarity with common EHR systems
- Excellent communication with patients, families and facility staff
