Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, schedule varies (12-hour nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe transfers and maintain resident comfort while promoting independence
- Assist with meal service and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families, delivering person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Travel CNA (T-CNA) experience is a plus but new travel CNAs are welcome
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and any required health screenings
- Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or obtain upon hire if required by facility)
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently on night shifts
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) support and resident safety
- Skillful in taking and documenting vital signs and observing clinical changes
- Familiarity with basic charting/electronic documentation and care plans
- Good communication skills with residents, families, and the care team
- Solid infection control practices and safe patient handling techniques
- Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced long-term care environment
