Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire clinical teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
- Oversee nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices
- Coordinate staffing, orientation, and mentorship to build a strong team
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with administration to align clinical goals with facility priorities
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams with empathy and clarity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (WV license or applicable compact/multi-state authorization as required)
- Proven leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings
- Prior Director of Nursing or senior nursing supervisory experience preferred
- Current BLS certification; ACLS or other advanced certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations and survey readiness
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and staff development skills
Education
- Registered Nurse (RN) — BSN preferred; associate degree considered with substantial leadership experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical nursing expertise across long-term and post-acute care
- Regulatory knowledge (CMS, state regulations, survey processes)
- Staffing management, scheduling, and retention strategies
- Quality assurance, infection control, and documentation best practices
- Conflict resolution and effective interdisciplinary teamwork
- Electronic medical record familiarity and basic administrative skills
