Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care during a 12-hour night shift at the assigned facility
• Perform thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and document accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe patient transitions
• Monitor and respond to patient changes, escalating concerns appropriately
• Educate patients and families with compassion and clear communication

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Travel LPN or Travel RN classification applies)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications preferred as applicable
• Clinical experience in relevant care area; prior travel assignment experience is a plus
• Ability to pass facility onboarding, background checks, and health screenings
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Education

• LPN: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• RN: Graduation from an accredited associate or bachelor's nursing program (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered communication
• Basic emergency response and crisis management skills
