Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and assist with activities of daily living
• Perform direct patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
• Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to nursing staff
• Document care accurately and maintain clear, professional records
• Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and their families
• Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Current and valid LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
• T-LNA or related specialty certification preferred
• Ability to work evenings and both weekends as required by the assignment
• Reliable personal transportation and local housing arranged by the traveler (must have own transportation and housing)
• Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred; LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Competent in resident personal care and ADLs
• Basic clinical observation and reporting skills
• Comfortable with documentation and charting requirements
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safety practices
• Good time management and the ability to work independently when needed
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills with residents and families
