Shift Type: Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Day shift, rotating weekends)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams using 2D and 3D Hologic equipment
- Operate Hologic 3D systems and document studies accurately in Epic
- Ensure patient comfort and safety while delivering compassionate, professional care
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to prioritize exams and manage a high daily caseload (~150/day)
- Float across departments within the main campus as needed to meet patient care demands
- Maintain equipment safety checks, maintain accurate records, and follow facility protocols for infection control and immunizations
Qualifications
- California mammography radiologic technologist license (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- ARRT(M) preferred; ARRT(R) a plus
- Minimum 2 years of mammography experience preferred (1.5 years clinical pass acceptable)
- Comfortable working on Hologic 3D systems and charting in Epic
- Ability to float to different departments and support weekend rotations
Education
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program preferred
- Ongoing professional development recommended (certifications listed above)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in Screening Mammography and Diagnostic Mammography
- Hands-on experience with 3D Mammography and Hologic 3D equipment
- Proficiency with Epic charting and electronic workflow
- Strong patient communication and positioning skills
- Ability to manage a high daily caseload while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to float between departments
