Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as part of the allied health team
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to coordinate patient plans
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment safely and accurately
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record promptly
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families to support positive experiences
• Adapt quickly to unit workflows and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant allied healthcare experience
• Current, unrestricted state licensure or certification for the specific allied role
• Basic Life Support BLS required; advanced certifications such as ACLS or specialty credentials preferred when applicable
• Ability to pass facility onboarding, background check, and any required drug screening
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Willingness to take on travel assignments and work flexible schedules

Education

• Associate degree, diploma, or certificate in relevant allied health field
• Bachelor's degree preferred where applicable
• Completion of accredited program for your specialty and any required clinical training

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and patient care skills relevant to your allied discipline
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation
• Comfortable operating and troubleshooting common clinical equipment
• Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Time management and the ability to prioritize patient safety
• Professionalism, adaptability, and patient-focused bedside manner
