Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients in a busy hospital setting
- Manage surgical cases, with an average of 35 cases per day
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Utilize CERNER system for efficient case management
Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification
- Active RN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience with surgical case management and CERNER system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced knowledge of anesthesia care and surgical procedures
- Proficiency in CERNER system
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
