Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care to oncology and BMT patients in a 10-bed ICU
- Manage ventilators, BIPAP, and titrating vasoactive drips to stabilize critically ill patients
- Perform total care duties including trach care, dressing changes and turning
- Operate and monitor CRRT, A-lines and IV pumps when required
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient care accurately in Meditech EMR and participate in shift handoffs
- Adhere to unit policies, report times (0645/1845), and participate in rotating weekends
Qualifications
- Active RN license (valid in the assignment state or eligible for compact licensure)
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience (strong ICU experience required)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Demonstrated competence with ventilator management and titrating drips
- Familiarity with CRRT is a plus and preferred
- Experience with Meditech EMR or similar electronic charting systems
- Ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team and maintain composure in high-acuity situations
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care nursing skills focused on oncology/BMT populations
- Ventilator and BIPAP management
- Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) knowledge
- Hemodynamic monitoring including A-line management
- IV pump operation and medication titration
- Trach care and complex wound/dressing management
- Proficiency with Meditech EMR and flow-track monitoring
