Shift Type: Days vary (to be scheduled by facility), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents in a rehab and nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
- Assist with ADLs and mobility plans to support patient recovery goals
- Document patient care in the electronic medical record thoroughly and timely
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Support a positive, safe environment that promotes dignity and independence
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Recent LPN experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by facility
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and monitoring
- Experience with wound care, transfers, and mobility assistance
- Comfortable with electronic charting and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of infection control practices and resident safety
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
