Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive assessments to identify functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
- Deliver hands-on and therapeutic exercise interventions to help patients reach meaningful goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies
- Document patient progress clearly and collaborate with the rehab team to optimize care
- Contribute to clinic workflow improvements to reduce patient wait times and enhance access
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or eligibility via the PT Compact
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Proof of current flu vaccine (no exemption allowed)
- Minimum of 2 years of PT experience; 3 to 5 years preferred
- Outpatient clinic experience and comfort managing a variety of diagnoses
- Weekend/Saturday availability as part of the schedule

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- Patient evaluation and objective measurement
- Treatment planning and therapeutic exercise prescription
- Range of motion improvement techniques
- Balance and safety training for functional independence
- Patient and caregiver education for home exercise adherence
- Outpatient clinic workflow and documentation best practices
- Ability to manage varied caseloads and prioritize patient access
