Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive assessments to identify functional limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
• Deliver hands-on and therapeutic exercise interventions to help patients reach meaningful goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies
• Document patient progress clearly and collaborate with the rehab team to optimize care
• Contribute to clinic workflow improvements to reduce patient wait times and enhance access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or eligibility via the PT Compact
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Proof of current flu vaccine (no exemption allowed)
• Minimum of 2 years of PT experience; 3 to 5 years preferred
• Outpatient clinic experience and comfort managing a variety of diagnoses
• Weekend/Saturday availability as part of the schedule

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

• Balance and safety training for functional independence
