Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fall risk and gross motor assessments to keep patients safe and progressing
• Perform work capacity evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide post-operative and orthopedic care including rotator cuff and total joint rehab
• Treat a broad caseload across adolescent, adult and geriatric populations with compassion
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety and functional goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical experience (the role lists Experience: 1+ years)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan or eligible to obtain Michigan licensure
• Comfortable treating orthopedic and neurological diagnoses including vestibular/vertigo
• Experience with fall risk assessments, gross motor assessments and work capacity evaluations
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and patient education abilities

• Orthopedic conditions management (e.g., Achilles tendonitis, ACL, meniscus, arthritis)
• Neurological conditions management (e.g., CVA, TBI, MS, Parkinson’s)
• Vestibular/Vertigo assessment and treatment
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10–15 visits per day efficiently
