Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform screening mammography exams with attention to image quality and patient comfort
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment following safety protocols
• Ensure documentation meets ACR and MQSA standards for regulatory compliance
• Provide compassionate patient care and education throughout the imaging process
• Participate in mammography quality assurance activities to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with clinical team members to deliver a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• ARRT certification with advanced mammography credentials (required)
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience with mammography quality assurance and image documentation
• Familiarity with ACR and MQSA standards and clinical best practices
• Strong patient communication and comfort-focused skills
