Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex testing across multiple laboratory disciplines including chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology
Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols and laboratory safety at all times
Process and analyze specimens accurately and efficiently to support patient care decisions
Maintain equipment, document procedures, and troubleshoot technical issues to keep the lab running smoothly
Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory staff to communicate critical results and support effective patient care
Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workload and maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required)
Proven experience performing complex testing in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory safety standards
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and maintain meticulous documentation
Full-time availability for evening/night shift work
