Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care during assigned shifts
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a diverse patient caseload with sound clinical judgment
• Document patient encounters clearly and timely in the medical record
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment plans and follow-up
• Support clinic or hospital quality improvement initiatives and best practices

Qualifications

• Active MD medical license (Maryland) — required
• Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience as indicated in the job posting
• Available for an ASAP start and able to complete credentialing for the assignment
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

• MD (Doctor of Medicine) with active Maryland medical license

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning
• Clear, timely documentation and charting practices
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team communication
• Ability to manage time and patient flow during consecutive 8-hour shifts
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
