Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately during your shift
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and facility staff to execute individualized care plans
• Monitor and document resident status, reporting changes promptly to the care team
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions
• Support rehabilitation goals through consistent clinical care and encouragement

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current and in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• Experience or interest in skilled nursing/rehab settings is a strong fit
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid skills in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Skilled at patient assessment, vital signs, and documentation
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced rehab and nursing environment
• Empathetic patient interaction and effective interdisciplinary communication
• Basic electronic charting familiarity (facility-specific systems provided on orientation)
