Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered outpatient physical therapy for adults, geriatrics and adolescents focused on orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Perform thorough evaluations and use validated assessments such as fall risk screening to inform treatment plans
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55+ visits/week while delivering efficient, high-quality care
• Document accurately and timely in NextGen EHR, maintaining compliance with clinic and regional billing/unit expectations
• Deliver post-operative and non-surgical interventions for common ortho diagnoses (e.g., total joint replacement, rotator cuff, ACL/meniscus care)
• Treat neurological presentations including concussion, vestibular/vertigo and Parkinson’s-related mobility needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Open to new graduates; preference for clinicians with 1+ years of outpatient experience
• Comfortable using NextGen EHR for documentation and productivity tracking
• Experience or training in case management and fall risk assessment
• Clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological conditions listed in the job (see knowledge/skills)
• Ability to manage a higher-volume outpatient caseload (≈55 visits/week) while maintaining excellent patient care

• Proficiency with NextGen EHR and electronic documentation workflows
• Case management principles and efficient caseload management
• Fall risk assessment and fall prevention strategies
• Orthopedic clinical skills: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Meniscus Tear, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Total Joint Replacement, Rotator Cuff care (non-surgical and post-op), Back pain (post-op), Disc Herniation, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar Fasciitis, SI Joint Dysfunction, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TMJ Dysfunction, Stenosis, Postural Dysfunction, Calf Strain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Headache
• Neurological skills: Concussion management, Vestibular/Vertigo care, Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation
• Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and patient education skills
