Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
- Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition to the care team
- Support rehabilitation and daily living activities to promote resident independence
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and physicians to develop and follow care plans
- Maintain meticulous charting and adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards
- Mentor and support CNAs and other staff when needed to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — ability to practice in Massachusetts or obtain state licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork mindset; dependable and professional
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and documentation
- Familiarity with wound care basics and restorative nursing practices
- Comfortable with electronic health records and timely charting
- Ability to perform focused patient assessments and identify changes in condition
- Good time management, prioritization, and delegation skills
