Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
- Deliver individual and group evidence-based therapy to support rehabilitation
- Develop and implement treatment plans that promote safety and recovery
- Collaborate with custody and clinical teams to coordinate care
- Document clinical encounters clearly and on time to maintain continuity of care
- Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement within the mental health unit
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience in adult mental health practice; correctional or forensic experience is a strong plus
- Proven ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy
- Comfortable working in a correctional environment and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
Education
- For Psychologist: Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) typically required
- For LCSW: Master of Social Work (MSW) and clinical licensure

- Expertise in mental health assessment and evidence-based interventions
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Trauma-informed care and behavioral health approaches
- Clear, professional clinical documentation and case management
