Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients thoroughly using patient evaluation and musculoskeletal assessment techniques
• Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on rehabilitation and functional goals
• Deliver manual therapy and prescribe rehabilitation exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Manage a high-volume caseload (12+ visits/day, ~60+ visits/week) while maintaining quality documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case management and referring physicians
• Perform fall risk assessments, post-operative care, vestibular/vertigo interventions, and concussion management
• Educate patients and families on home programs, prevention strategies, and long-term recovery plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in NextGen EMR and adhere to clinic dress and professional standards

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience preferred; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Comfort managing a busy outpatient caseload (12+ visits per day, region-aligned units)
• Proven skills in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, including vestibular and concussion care
• Strong documentation and care-planning abilities; familiarity with NextGen EMR is noted in the posting
• Experience with case management and fall risk assessment in adult and geriatric populations
• Professional presentation and the ability to work in business attire as specified by the clinic
