Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough outpatient orthopedic evaluations and assessments to develop patient-centered plans of care
• Perform screening visits and build a productive caseload focused on adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Deliver evidence-based treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions listed by the team
• Document timely and accurately in NextGen to support continuity of care and productivity expectations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to optimize patient outcomes and post-op care
• Manage day-to-day caseload, prioritize visits to meet clinic expectations, and contribute to a positive patient experience
• Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and progression toward functional goals

Qualifications

• Open to new graduates; preference for candidates with 1+ years of relevant outpatient orthopedic experience
• Comfortable with outpatient orthopedic evaluation and treatment approaches
• Familiarity with EHR workflows—NextGen experience is a plus
• Ability to manage a steady caseload and meet visit/productivity expectations (about 9 visits/day)
• Professional demeanor with business casual dress and strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic evaluation and assessment methods
• Screening and caseload management
• NextGen EHR familiarity
• Treatment of musculoskeletal diagnoses such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL and meniscus injuries, post-op joint care, fractures, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff conditions, low back pain, stenosis, SI joint dysfunction, and total joint replacement care
• Ability to work across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups
• Clear documentation and time management to support clinic productivity
