Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum nursing care in a family-centered environment
- Monitor fetal status and intervene appropriately using basic fetal monitoring skills
- Care for newborns immediately after delivery and coordinate safe handoff to newborn care teams
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives and interdisciplinary staff to support safe deliveries and GYN surgical care
- Educate and support families through labor, delivery and early postpartum care
- Document clinical findings accurately and maintain continuity of care across shifts
- Participate in unit-based safety and quality initiatives to improve perinatal outcomes
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- Basic Fetal Monitoring skills required
- NRP and STABLE preferred
- Previous Labor and Delivery experience preferred; will train qualified RNs with perinatal experience
- Comfort working in a family-centered LDRP environment and assisting with GYN surgical care
