Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC; schedule includes every 3rd weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, expert emergency nursing care for patients across the acuity spectrum
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients quickly and decisively in high-pressure situations
- Manage critical cardiac and trauma interventions with confidence and precision
- Deliver pediatric emergency care tailored to children and their families
- Perform moderate complexity testing in compliance with CAP requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate timely patient care and disposition
- Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in the medical record
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
- Healthcare Provider BLS required
- ACLS required
- TNCC required
- PALS required
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent (required for moderate complexity testing)
- Experience in Emergency Department nursing and comfort with critical cardiac, trauma, and pediatric emergencies
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required for CAP moderate complexity testing)
- Active RN licensure (completion of nursing program and RN credentialing required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong emergency assessment and triage skills
- Experience with critical cardiac and trauma care protocols
- Pediatric emergency care experience and comfort treating children
- Proficiency in moderate complexity laboratory/testing procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings
- Accurate clinical documentation and familiarity with EMR workflows
- Ability to prioritize and multitask during peak volume and high-acuity events
