Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and key incoming supplies promptly into inventory systems
• Distribute supplies across the facility to ensure clinical and non-clinical teams are stocked
• Maintain and review Min/Max levels for storerooms and safety stock locations
• Perform physical inventories of point-of-use (POU) areas according to the defined schedule
• Replenish stock and organize storerooms to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Document inventory adjustments and assist with data entry to keep records accurate
• Collaborate with supply chain and clinical teams to resolve stock discrepancies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in inventory management, receiving, or storeroom operations preferred
• Comfortable with data entry and basic inventory systems (experience with POU a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inventory schedules
• Ability to safely lift moderate weights and move supplies as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite for the full contract duration

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate degree or coursework in supply chain, logistics, or related field (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Inventory control and stock replenishment
• Receiving and storeroom management
• Min/Max level management and safety stock practices
• Conducting physical inventories and cycle counts
• Point-of-use (POU) inventory knowledge
• Accurate data entry and record keeping
• Basic supply chain and distribution operations
