Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Full-time PM shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, schedule includes every other weekend (evening/PM shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming and dressing
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with compassion and efficiency
- Obtain and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information accurately
- Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to nursing staff immediately
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residents
- Report any allegations or signs of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the charge nurse
- Collaborate with the care team to meet resident needs in a timely and respectful manner
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 1+ years of related experience preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CNA certification required; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in assisting with ADLs (toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming)
- Skilled at obtaining and recording vital signs and weights accurately
- Strong reporting skills for communicating changes in resident condition
- Knowledge of abuse/neglect reporting procedures and resident safety protocols
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and families
- Detail-oriented with good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
