Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled rehab and nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and care provided in the medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident recovery goals
- Assist with rehabilitative activities and daily living tasks to promote independence
- Educate residents and families with clear, respectful communication
- Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Practical nursing diploma or equivalent education
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working in a skilled nursing/rehab environment and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and accurate charting
- Resident assessment and monitoring of clinical changes
- Basic wound care and infection control practices
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
