Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care for long-term care patients
• Perform regular assessments and keep accurate, timely documentation of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Advocate for resident needs and safety during every shift
• Support admissions, discharges and care transitions with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN License required prior to the start of the contract
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• Ability and willingness to work every weekend and participate in rotating shifts
• Comfort working a 40-hour per week schedule in a long-term care setting
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or similar settings is strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with long-term care practices and resident-centered approaches
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and provide consistent care on weekends
• Team collaboration, communication, and time-management in a busy LTC environment
