Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray exams with professional attention to image quality and patient comfort
• Position patients accurately and safely while following radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with radiology team members and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient throughput
• Maintain imaging equipment cleanliness and report any issues promptly
• Complete required Trinity skills checklist and specialty competency testing to demonstrate proficiency
• Document exams and patient interactions thoroughly and clearly in the medical record
• Adhere to infection control, immunization, and facility safety requirements

Qualifications

• Certification/education in Radiography or equivalent imaging credential; license/certificate verification required
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Current immunizations and health requirements as listed: COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Tdap, Hepatitis B, influenza, Varicella, 2-step PPD or IGRA and physical/health statement
• Successful completion of Trinity 10 panel drug screen and color vision screening
• Willingness to complete respirator evaluation and fit test as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of radiographic positioning and X-ray imaging principles
• Understanding of radiation safety and dose reduction techniques
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and facility protocols
• Competence in performing required Trinity competency testing and demonstrating specialty skills
• Strong patient care and communication skills to support a positive patient experience
• Attention to detail for documentation, image quality checks, and equipment care
