Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition
Assist nursing staff with treatments, mobility, and safe transfers
Document care accurately and communicate observations to the care team
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
Support patients and families with empathy and clear communication

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Ability to work overnight shifts and be available for per-diem coverage
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with basic patient care tasks, lifting/transfer assistance, and charting
Professional, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with clinical teams

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL support
Basic vital sign measurement and reporting
Infection control and safety practices
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
Teamwork, time management, and adaptability in busy settings
