Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub and monitor Cath Lab cases, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety
- Operate and troubleshoot GE imaging equipment and hemodynamic (hemo) systems during procedures
- Provide skilled cardiovascular patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate directly with cardiologists and the Cath Lab team to facilitate smooth case flow
- Respond to on-call notifications within a 30-minute window to support emergent needs
- Document care accurately in EPIC and participate in unit-specific charting processes
- Support pre/post procedure care and assist in OR cases related to Cath Lab procedures when needed
Qualifications
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) required
- Current Kansas state license required
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) current certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Cath Lab experience caring for cardiovascular patients
- Comfortable with on-call duties and a 30-minute response time
- Valid driver's license (DL must be submitted) and ability to be in-state for orientation week
Education
- ARRT (R) - Certified Radiologic Technologist (required)
- BSN not required for this role
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and Cath Lab workflows
- Proficiency with GE imaging systems and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
- Familiarity with EPIC charting and acute care documentation
- Strong scrub and patient monitoring skills in a procedural environment
- Ability to assist in Pre/Post procedure care and support OR cases for Cath Lab patients
- Calm, clear communication during high-acuity events and teamwork under pressure
