Shift Type: Two-week rotating schedule, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday; every other weekend required; rotating evening shift
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care for residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly
- Support nursing team with timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and care team
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for everyone
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (NH or VT as indicated)
- Local candidate only per job posting
- Willingness to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule and every other weekend
- Ability to pass facility-required background checks and screenings
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and mobility support
- Skilled at taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Knowledge of basic infection control and safety practices
- Good communication and observational skills to report patient changes
- Familiarity with electronic or paper charting preferred
