Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform timely nursing assessments and document findings clearly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Support patient and family education to promote positive outcomes
• Assist with admissions, discharges and patient transitions in a seamless way

Qualifications

• Active RN license (eligible to practice in North Carolina for this assignment)
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Comfortable working 12.5-hour day shifts and managing a full patient assignment
• Ability to pass facility onboarding requirements, including background check and drug screen

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Safe medication administration and accurate charting
• Effective communication and teamwork with clinical staff and providers
• Basic familiarity with electronic medical record documentation
• Patient education and discharge planning skills
