Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Day shifts, rotating schedule)
Hours per Week: 48
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate respiratory care and direct bedside clinical support for patients across the care continuum
- Deliver and monitor therapeutic respiratory treatments and ventilator management in accordance with facility protocols
- Perform airway management, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medication administration with attention to safety
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments and responses in the electronic health record (EPIC experience preferred)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans, device use and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- PALS, NRP, BLS and ACLS credentials required
- EPIC experience preferred
- Current Respiratory Therapy credentialing as required by the facility
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day shifts and provide consistent, reliable coverage
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in respiratory assessment and ventilator management
- Strong airway management and oxygen therapy techniques
- Familiarity with pediatric and neonatal support (PALS and NRP skills)
- Comfortable with electronic documentation; EPIC experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced clinical settings
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs during 12-hour shifts
