Shift Type: Rotating nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (includes weekend & holiday rotation)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols
- Observe patients closely and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment promptly
- Administer medications within scope of practice and facility policy, ensuring safe medication management
- Respond safely and timely to patient requests and escalating concerns to the RN as needed
- Participate in patient care planning and help implement care plans under RN direction
- Identify emergency situations, initiate appropriate nursing measures, and seek assistance when required
- Teach patients self-care techniques and document patient education clearly and professionally
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Experience or comfort working in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in weekend/holiday rotations
- Professional, patient-centered attitude and good communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and clinical observation
- Clinical documentation and accurate charting
- Care plan implementation and team collaboration
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Emergency response and basic life support
- Experienced with treatments and procedures common in skilled nursing/LTC
