Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient treatment plans that restore mobility and independence
- Provide hands-on and evidence-based therapeutic interventions across sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, balance and wheelchair seating needs
- Deliver thorough 45-minute treatments focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across acute, swing bed and outpatient settings
- Document progress clearly and timely to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety and prevention strategies
- Travel between multiple points of care within the service area as needed to meet patient needs
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- Comfortable traveling between multiple points of care during the workday
- Experience or interest in outpatient therapy including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric and neurological care preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

- Outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment
- Sports and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
- Pediatric rehab approaches
- Neurological and stroke rehab fundamentals
- Balance and dizziness assessment and intervention
- Wheelchair seating knowledge and mobility device considerations
- Neck, back and extremity care strategies
- Skilled documentation and interdisciplinary communication
- Ability to manage a full caseload with 45-minute treatment sessions
