Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications to patients
- Provide skin treatments and wound care
- Conduct patient assessments and ADL assistance
- Operate and maintain medical equipment such as nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, and gastrostomy tube care
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Hawaii
- Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved application for medical or religious exception
- Experience in long-term care

- LPN diploma or equivalent
